1- What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lecavist.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The freight will need to be paid by the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
2- How long will the refund take to hit my account?
Upon processing your refund, we want to let you know that it typically takes approximately 1 week for the refunded amount to be credited back to your bank account. Please keep in mind that the exact timeframe may vary depending on your bank's policies and processing times.
Rest assured, our team is working diligently to ensure a smooth and prompt refund process for you. You will receive a notification as soon as the refund has been successfully initiated.

Are change of mind returns accepted?
Change of mind can be accepted ONLY is the item has not been used and is still in his original packaging. Unfortunately, the transporter might come and remove the packaging, if you are unsure, you will need to ask them to keep the packaging.
It will need to be sealed back in a perfect resalable condition for us to sell it again. You will need to send photos and videos of the packaging and send them to hello@lecavist.com. You will also need to deliver the item by yourself to our dedicated warehouse or pay for us to pick it up from your house.
